EXPERIENCED QUANTITY SURVEYOR
We are looking for an Experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our small and friendly office team.
You will be responsible for preparation of interim and final accounts as well as providing and monitoring cash flow projections. You will be required to liaise and communicate with the construction team as well as our clients and our client's representatives.
5 years residency and the abilty to speak and understand English is essential.

Due to an increase in our workload, we have an immediate vacancy for experienced Carpenters, Plasterers and Drainlayers to join our friendly team
Experienced, reliable, background in general wet trades preferred. Driving License is also preferred.
Must have 5 years residency.
