States of Jersey Police Headquarters

Construction of the new States of Jersey Police Headquarters at Green Street Car Park, St Helier

Delivered as a joint venture with another local contractor, RokRegal successfully completed this high-profile project on time and within budget while maintaining the operation of the adjacent Green Street multi-storey car park throughout the works.

Kensington Gate Multi-storey Car Park

Construction of the Kensington Gate Multi-storey Car Park included ground remediation, reinforced concrete construction and the delivery of a new fuel station, retail unit, offices and 257 parking spaces.

Careful planning and site management were essential to ensure the project was delivered safely within a busy town-centre environment.
